Description
Couscous is made from coarsely ground durum wheat and can replace pasta or rice in hot or cold dishes, as a side, or in salads. Toast couscous in a pan with 1 tablespoon of EVO oil. Boil salted water or vegetable broth (1:1 ratio), turn off heat, add couscous, and mix.
