Nimkish Rara Chicken 60g

Product Descriptions:-

Transform chicken into a luxurious Rara dish with our spice mix, featuring a flavourful spicy curry. 

Cooking Instructions:-

1. Make shallow cuts on 500g chicken and marinate with (2 tbsp) 30ml oil and 1 pack - 30g of Nimkish Rara Chicken Spice Mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
2. Heat (4 tbsp) 55ml oil in pan and sauté the marinated chicken pieces on medium heat until brown and oil separates.
3. Add 200g crushed tomatoes and 100g plain yogurt to the pan and stir well. Simmer until oil separates. 
4. Add 1 cup (300ml) water to the pan and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to low, cover the pan with lid and let it simmer for 5 – 10 minutes till the curry is thick. Garnish with fresh coriander.

(For 1 kg Chicken: Water- 2 Cups (600ml) | Oil - 80ml)
