DESCRIPTION
Scoop Wholefoods freshly cold-pressed macadamia oil is a healthy alternative to any cooking oil. It is a terrific all-rounder cooking oil with a mild and nutty flavour and a smoke point of 199°C. It is great for heart health and is also high in Vitamin E. Can be used for baked goods, salad dressings, marinades, sautéing, roasting and grilling. Cold pressed means that the oil is pressed without any heat, thus retaining more nutritional value.
