Use:-

For bouncy and healthy hair - Apply from root to tip alone or blend with another oil and leave in for 1-3 hours to promote hair growth and nourish dry hair. Massage on the scalp to help soothe and treat scalp issues such as dandruff and psoriasis 

Wash thoroughly with sulphate free shampoo as needed.

Apply a dime-size amount of this oil to your inner elbow and observe for 4 - 12 hours for any skin reaction.
